This, of course, is my idea of cleaning.

My room was in desperate need of cleaning, mostly because I have boxes and cartons of toys everywhere. (I recently got most of my boxes from Mom's, plus I've bought a few things on Ebay recently...) So I went through, dusted, and then proceeded to set up a portion of the collection FOR GREAT JUSTICE.

Top shelf! Mostly kid's meal toys, and the collection of POOPING ANIMALS right in the center. Plus, my favoritest LITTLE BLUE BEAR, PONCHO, is keepin it real with some squat thrusts on the left.

Oh, TURTLE POWER! Plus the Nature Boy is stylin and profilin with some ladies, Wolverine inexplicably has a jetpack, and HELLBOY is about to introduce Doctor Doom to the Five-Fingered Mary. Booyah.

Various mementos, some books, some little doodz, and some Pokeymans.

I need to get some kind of a tier for these guys. This shelf is all little chunky dudes (Galactic Heroes, Superhero Squad, etc. etc.). This is hardly all of them, for what it's worth, hehe.

I need more shelves.

What a haul!

So this is the better part of one box that I brought back from Syracuse. There are two more that are still in the Escape. :)

DELICIOUS SANDWICH UPDATE: Peanut Butter and Jelly on WAFFLES

Saturday, March 07, 2009

Fine. I will do one. :P

... but I won't tag any of you, haha :)

1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For the first question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button TWICE (and keep going)
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool...just type it in man!

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE...?

1. Opening Credits:
BOOM - P.O.D. (Because, y'know, that's what I'm going to medal in, BOOYAH. I don't like this song being here. I want it to be a montage of all the different events that I competed in to win all of the gold medals in BOOM ever. And the song needs to be the Imperial March, like a certain ringtone is!)

2. Waking Up:
How A Resurrection Really Feels - The Hold Steady (Cool song. Cool album.)

3. First Day at School:
Science Fiction Double Feature - Richard O'Brien/RHPS Soundtrack (I wonder if a theater around here plays Rocky... probably in Burlington if anywhere.)

4. Falling in Love:
The Rainbow Connection - Kermit the Frog (Haha. Yay Kermie!)

5. Losing Virginity:
Louisiana - The Loved Ones (w00t! So, for dinner I am having bratwurst with habanero shells and cheese.)

6. Fight Song:
As High As Wu-Tang Get - The Wu-Tang Clan. (That is all.)

7. Breaking Up:
It's Only Rock 'N Roll - The Rolling Stones

8. Prom:
When You Come Back Down - Nickel Creek (Nice.)

9. Life:
We Will Rock You - Queen (Do I get a cool outfit like The Comedian?)

10. Mental Breakdown:
We Are The Champions - Queen (Sorry, I cheated here and took it off of skip because you can't hear We Will Rock You without We Are The Champions and I haven't merged those mp3s together yet. Rest assured, I would have fitzed with it the other way around too.)

11. Driving:
Spaz's House Destruction Party - Anti-Flag (Is anything off of Underground Network on one'o'dem skateboarding games?)

12. Flashback:
Gravity - Alison Krauss and Union Station (That's someone else's flashback, not mine, heh.)

13. Getting Back Together:
Friendship - Tenacious D (Hehe. Can they be in my movie?)

14. Wedding:
Rock 'N Roll Fantasy - Bad Company (I hope that Journey plays soon.)

15. Birth of Child:
Boys of Summer - Don Henley (I wish this had been the Ataris cover instead.)

16. Final Battle:
Kerosene - Miranda Lambert (Cool, I get to blow shit up.)

17. Death Scene:
Every Dog Has Its Day - Flogging Molly (I AM A PIRATE AFTER ALL! Good, maybe my movie life will be like Sid Meier's Pirates!)

18. Funeral Song:
Good Times, Bad Times - Godsmack (Can't this be the end credits? This cover kicks ass, btw. BOO to diabling of embedded viddies.)

19. End Credits:
Desolation Row - My Chemical Romance (Holy crap, I am in the Watchmen movie after all! QUIS CUSTODIET IPSOS JEREMYS, BEYOTCHS?)
(And then I put on Journey.)

Yay, it's snowing!

I like the snow.

I really want a new digital camera, which is strange, because I'm not really one to take pictures. Most of my pictures are of Zoey, and those were taken with a camera that my folks got me right around the time she was born. Its batteries have shit the bed though, so lately I've been using the cameraphone as my primary camera, which is fine because I usually just like taking pictures of goofy shit that I see. However, I really want the Olympus Stylus 850SW. It's shock-proof and waterproof. I'm hoping that the model we sell at work goes clearance after Christmas; $200+ is more than I'd really like to spend on a camera, seeing as how I don't take pictures, as previously mentioned. :) It's kind of obnoxious that it uses an XD card, since all of my cards are SD, as is the card reader on my laptop, but that's hardly a deal-breaker.

I spent all day yesterday catching up on the new Star Wars: Clone Wars movie and TV series. I like it a lot, actually. The style and animation is mostly awesome (sometimes CGI peeps walk funny) and a lot of the storylines aren't goofy or childish at all. I can see where some of the elements are annoying die-hard fans, but at the same time, it's a kid's show. :P It's been put into the 'remind me when I can download episodes of this' pile of scripts and feeds. :)
